I had a fantastic experience with the City VW team and especially Jeff (aka the Governor). I was skeptical that my car buying experience would be less than successful because of a terrible experience I ha especially Jeff (aka the Governor). I was skeptical that my car buying experience would be less than successful because of a terrible experience I had at a previous dealership with buying my very first car. However, Jeff helped me trade in my car that I hated and helped me get into a BEAUTIFUL 2022 Tiguan that I’m absolutely in love with!!! He actually test drove the car with me and showed me all the features that the car had to offer (an experience I didn’t receive at another dealership). He also was very patient and worked hard to get me into a vehicle that I truly loved. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything either. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car because of the exceptional customer service I received! Thanks, Jeff! More
