On last Thursday I purchased the 2022 Tiguan. Erik Dahlman was my salesman. For months he was extremely patient, accommodating and super friendly. This is the worst dealership ever. Bought my car from this place a few months ago. The head lights were not fully working and the first guy I spoke to - Eric who actually sold me the car assured me that this place a few months ago. My license plates were delayed and Dawn-( person who deals with license plates) was incompetent like everyone else. After run arounds, I finally got my plates, and I spoke to their service manager- Bogdan, who continued to give me run arounds about the head lights. I finally made an appointment today at 11 am, and before driving an hour there, I called to confirm the appointment. I spoke to Rich who was covering for Bogdan and he confirmed the appointment. Driving from Chicago to Indiana, I got there and service department did not have a clue of what’s going on. The lady Sharon, just handed me some papers and told me to go to a Cadillac dealership!! Spoke to another manager - Mike who then told us to leave the car and he will have his “people” diagnose the issue with the headlights. No one called us back, we decided to just go and check the status of our car.! Car was parked in the lot, no words from anyone on what was done.. was handed my keys with no explanation! None of the managers were available to speak to me, service department clueless and incompetent. All they said is “take it to the Cadillac dealership “. Customer service was the worst possible. No one came to talk to us, no one diagnosed the issue. Nothing, we left with no clue as to what was wrong with the head lights!!! Is this because we are black? This is the most racist place I have ever been. I do NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. They are clueless, racist group of people trying to scam innocent More
