Our saleswoman was Brooke Grinka. She drove it and took pictures on her phone and sent them to me. I am in Danville Illinois 97 miles away from City Volkswagen in Highland Indiana so She drove it and took pictures on her phone and sent them to me. I am in Danville Illinois 97 miles away from City Volkswagen in Highland Indiana so she told me all the defects up front. I appreciated her candor, especially her willingness to ask for a lower price. Our 19 year old Granddaughter wrecked her car in May. We had the insurance money so we were not financing. Brooke was a very refreshing soft sale. Not pushing any newer or more expensive cars on us. I've been to Avon , Indianapolis , Plainfield and Champaign test driving 8-12 year old vehicles and this car was the first car that actually looked better than I expected. I will only deal with a woman Salesperson from now on. Brooke has integrity and I will call her again. More
