Some time ago,I had my 2013 volkswagen diagnosed with a flywheel replacement as well as an exhaust flap. When I finally brought it in for repair, there were other issues as well that needed to addressed. J flywheel replacement as well as an exhaust flap. JOE GREEN the service manager WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to not only keep his promise on the previously stated quote from the initial diagnosis,but made it extremely affordable to pay for the issues that were found later. I was a little inconvienced with how long i had to wait for the final repair diagnosis,but he made sure to keep me up to date AND once the car was ready,he had it dropped off in my driveway to make up for the wait. Joe was very professional along with being fair. If professionalism & fairness are what you look for,visit Highland Volkswagen...I am a regular customer here & I definitely recommend this location!!!!!!! More
