I had an incredible experience at City Volkswagen of Evanston purchasing a new vehicle from them. Gilbert was my sales rep and he was the best car salesperson I have worked with. The car that I wanted h Evanston purchasing a new vehicle from them. Gilbert was my sales rep and he was the best car salesperson I have worked with. The car that I wanted had to be located and delivered to dealership. Gilbert kept this process moving along and made sure the car was ready for pick up as planned. He was so informative and courteous through the entire process, even staying late on Friday to go over all of the features in the vehicle. We found it to be accommodating. For some reason buying a car seems to be a hassle, it was something we were not looking forward to doing, just that you get an idea, the car we trade For some reason buying a car seems to be a hassle, it was something we were not looking forward to doing, just that you get an idea, the car we traded was a 1998 Mercedes 350D with over 35000 miles, that tells you how much we avoid dealing with auto dealerships. However Ricky was a breath of fresh air. He was confident, well informed, knowledgeable and best of all a wonderful disposition that made one feel comfortable.
