Refuses to offer Volkswagen lease deal on ID4. Claims deal does not include destination charges while it does on the VW website and confirmed on a phone call with VW. Deal is VERY clear just by reading the offer regarding what is and is not included. Either ignorance of VW pricing or just deceptively trying to find loopholes to not honor the deal. Went in Monday as my lease was ending. Narcis was very helpful and got me into a new vehicle. He made me feel comfortable during the test drive, something I'm always so nervous about! He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed me things I didn't even know I had on the previous one. I had such a better experience at this dealership than I did at the Downtown location and Jennings, so glad I chose to come here instead! Manny in finance was also super helpful and nice! Surprisingly we weren't there for too long either. Thank you so much for a great experience and awesome customer service! I love my new car :) More
