I walked into City VW of Evanston and sales manger intorducted me to salesperson Gilbert Ansah. Gilbert answer all my questions about all the different Atlas models. When I decided on the model I want intorducted me to salesperson Gilbert Ansah. Gilbert answer all my questions about all the different Atlas models. When I decided on the model I wanted City VW did not have that model on the lot. Gilbert and City VW located a car in the area and had the car on the lot with in an hour. The whole team at City VW was very friendly and professional in all aspect of purchasing a car from Gilbert to the closing finance manger Alex. I will recommend City VW to friends and associates. I worked with Ian Edmonson to trade in our 2021 Tiguan for a new 2024 and he truly made the whole experience easy and painless. I’ve gone through the classic “bad dealership experience” and this was plea for a new 2024 and he truly made the whole experience easy and painless.
