Very happy first time buyer I came in and was immediately greeted by Mr. Svraka. It was a nice car and I was pretty happy, but it felt and looked kind of plastic. It was the baseline model. Mr. Svraka read it on my face and immediately pointed behind me where parked was a 2015 jetta se tsi. This car was only a few hundred more with a lot more details. From the inside panel, heated seats, engine performance, etc. When a dealer looks out for you, its a great feeling. Thanks Emir!! More

The best car buying experience I ever had!! Yesterday a miracle happened and one of the happiest day in my life, I came to Autobarn suppose to be get a second opinion and quote from another dealership which gave me an approval but the deal seems very high with 26% apr and monthly payments more than my budget. Never owned any brand new car before so I am very nervous, but one thing I do like, I love the 2016 VW Tiguan, I walked in right away I was greeted with respect by the staff and introduced to the word's best Car Salesman named Emir Svraka, to make long story short, I asked for the impossible, I wanted low apr, low monthly payments or I will buy the car from the other place. Emir treated me and my family with respect, gave me the best show and tell regarding VW Tiquan and showed me the best options for my budget. If I asked for the same deal from the competitors, I am positve they will waste my time and will probably tell me up front "they can't", but Autobarn Volkswagen did everything in their power to get me approved first of all and 3.6% apr, $489 Monthly payments! I can't believe it, they got me approved for my very first Brand New Car and not a used one! Not bad for guy with low credit rating, 2 child support, student loan debt!
