Excellent experience with Patrick Mcdonald. My wife and I have driven a 2001 BMW XI Sportswagen since new in 2001. I went to Autobarn Volkswagen in Evanston last month to see if a 2017 VW Sport My wife and I have driven a 2001 BMW XI Sportswagen since new in 2001. I went to Autobarn Volkswagen in Evanston last month to see if a 2017 VW Sportswagen with 4motion 4 wheel drive would be a good, cost-effective replacement vehicle. We love our BMW. I met with Patrick and he showed and explained the capabilities and options associated with the 2017 VW Sportswagen and new Alltrack. I told him that my wife would like to see the vehicles as well. A couple of weeks later he met with us and spent a good deal of time telling us about VWs - very low key and non-aggressive - and the new Sportswagen / Alltrack. We ended up purchasing a Sportswagen and could not be happier with the car's quality and performance. Patrick made the car-buying experience a pleasure. Tom & Linda More

Though not a VW model, our salesman Mario was knowledgeable, eager to assist, and made the entire process as straightforward and comfortable as possible.
