He's a gentleman and highly professional in the way he engages with customers. He offered a test drive and made sure I had enough time to evaluate the car's handling. He then advocated for me with the sales manager to close the deal. I pushed back on a few details but he handled it diplomatically. I drove out with my "new" used car, which was prepped and ready for me when I finished signing the paperwork. Very easy from start to finish, and I appreciated the way I was treated by Emir and the staff of Autobarn. More

If I could give a negative rating I would!! I went in three times to test drive and look at a 2010 Volkswagen Eos. Everything was running well during the test drives and I ended up purchasing the vehicle. Less than 15 minutes into the drive home from the dealer, the transmission started malfunctioning!! I wasn't even 10 miles away from the dealership! I took it in to a mechanic to get a diagnosis and I need to get a new transmission! That's a $7k fix!! I don't know what they did to the car to get it off the lot but I am furious!! These scammers will do anything to sell a car!! Make sure you get a PPI done before purchasing! The employees are nice and helpful but you can't trust anything that comes out of their mouths! More
