The SWAT add-on I came in to buy a used car. First, the salesman and finance manager were friendly, polite and professional and treated me with respect throughout the I came in to buy a used car. It was weeks later when I got a call from a company called Karr Security Systems that I realized I'd been played. They asked to come by and install my GPS tracker, which they said I'd purchased with my car. I checked the final invoice from Autobarn, and yep, there it was. SWAT $895. The paper I signed said ALIGN GPS and didn't have a price, and in the confusion of signing all the papers, I passed right over it. Yes, it is my fault for not challenging the charge. However, these guys decided to "stick it" to the purchaser. And we wonder why car salesmen are held in such low esteem. More

Friendly customer service, no games, no gimmicks, straight shooters. I appreciate that. Buying a car can be a very long and boring process, I'm sure, but thankfully that was not our experience with Rick, Konrad, and Robert.
