Very patient with answering my many questions I purchased a Volkswagen Beetle a little while ago; My main contact was with Mr. Goran Bijedic. On the one hand, it was a somewhat standard car purc I purchased a Volkswagen Beetle a little while ago; My main contact was with Mr. Goran Bijedic. On the one hand, it was a somewhat standard car purchase - lots of numbers back and forth, "the owner has made an offer", etc. On the other hand, I did not get the impression that I was bothering Mr. Bijedic with my questions, or parts of the deal that I didn't care for. I am very happy with the Beetle, and I hope to ride in it until the wheels fall off, and they start selling solar powered anti-gravity cars. Failing that, I would purchase a vehicle from Mr. Bijedic, and the Autobarn again. More

I worked with Elvir Hamulic and Narcis Agic and they were so attentive to my needs in regards to finding a price that worked and monthly payments that were in my budget. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to find me a good deal as well as answer any questions that we had! Such helpful guys and they know what they are doing unlike some other places we were at. Eldin Hamulic helped us with our warranty on the car as well as finalizing everything and he was such a big help. He was very knowledgeable, open and honest with giving me the best warranty at a low rate! They made me feel very confident with my purchase especially knowing I have good coverage! They all made my experience purchasing a car very easy and affordable. Highly recommend working with these guys on getting you the best deals and finding the perfect car. He answered the questions we tossed his way, let us drive the car of our choice home so we could pick up our trade in and more closely test the qualities of the VW, and finally was happy to stay with us for a thorough acquaintance with the new vehicle. Worst service department Horrible service. Horrible communication. The only time that any response or callback was given was after a complainted to corporate. They should be a Horrible service. My car had over 100 miles put on it while being worked on. And no explanation as to why. The worst possible place one can ever take their car. Stay away. The service manager Adam didn’t think I deserved an answer for how my car was driven over 100. He claimed to be new there to improve the service yet he sure isn’t. More

Meeting my high expectations. Call Patrick McDonald So, being a previous VW owner I had high expectations that were planted by my previous purchase and service experience. I came to the dealer with the So, being a previous VW owner I had high expectations that were planted by my previous purchase and service experience. I came to the dealer with the intent of receiving help to find a 2017 Golf Alltrack in a manual transmission. I was met a well groomed, professional that first of all listened to my needs and wants. Patrick McDonald had full knowledge of the product and answered any questions I had in a clear kind manor. Very engaging, I must add , a warm genuine soul. I knew I would have to wait for my auto to be located thru that time Patrick stayed in contact with me and presented the updates as they happened. June my Alltrack arrived and I had purchased a Home Link rearview mirror. Well, the wrong one arrived at the dealership, not a problem Patrick came up with a solution right away. I had moved to another town in central IL thru the timing of the purchase of my car. Where there is a VW dealer. So Patrick had the rearview mirror shipped to my home then I could have it installed at the local VW dealer. Not so much, the local dealer was not the best in stepping up to the plate (another story). A couple of months passed by trying to get the installation done locally, I thru the towel in and drove the 200 miles back to talk to Patrick with mirror in hand. As soon as I walked into the showroom Patrick stopped what he was doing and greeted me with a warm welcome and asked me how things were personally and with the Alltrack. Also, asked about the rearview mirror. Once I explained what was going on once again Patrick took control of the situation. scheduled with the service dept time to install the rear view. 24 hours later I'm driving home installation complete. I would also like to thank Adam Findley for squeezing me in at such short notice and also keeping me updated on the progress thru the installation. Thankyou for all you have done for me, I love my car but more important I LOVE driving it too. Gordon P.S See you for my first service. More

Tommy was my sales person. he did a great job of helping me find my perfect Jetta and I actually got it in the color I wanted. he also made sure to ho Tommy was my sales person. he did a great job of helping me find my perfect Jetta and I actually got it in the color I wanted. he also made sure to hold it for me while I made my decision on what car I preferred. by the end of my experience he got me a fantastic deal on my car and I was able to take full advantage of Volkswagens incentives along with getting top dollar for my old car. overall this guy did an amazing job every step of the way. I definitely suggest asking for him when you consider your next car. !!!! More
