My wife and I were unfortunately trustworthy and inherently signed blank contract documentation to I'm not sure where to begin with this dealership. This team pulled a classic bait and switch on me. When I arrived at 5pm, it was "sold 20 minutes ago." I was immediately brought outside by Eddie to consider other vehicles on the lot. When I did not agree to the other cars, I was asked to wait a three rounds for the salesmen to consult and "see what they could do." Eddie brought in another salesman, "Sam" to tell me that they could deliver a car from Wisconsin next week. Their aim was simply to get me to buy something else on the lot that I had not agreed to, or to spend more than what was confirmed on paper. This kind of game playing is what gives good car salesmen a bad name. For me, poor customer service does not inspire a deal. More
Mario Grbavac was a fantastic salesman. He really helped me out purchasing my first vehicle. He was extremely educated on the car I was interested in and was personable. However, I did not have the best experience with the financial area. Steve who works in the financial area was completely incompetent and has no idea what customer service means. Words of warning. Have the car prepped to go out the door before signing any papers. I signed the paper work and after they washed and cleaned the car I found several deep scratches in the paint where you wo before signing any papers. I had seen the very expensive floor mats in the trunk on my pre purchase inspection but didn't think I needed to count them, on delivery I discovered that it was missing the driver side mat and they said that they wouldn't get me one since I already had signed off on the paperwork. (they did provide me with a mat but it didn't come close to matching the others) If the car you are trading in is not one sold at the dealership, i.e. Volkswagen at a Volkswagen dealership they will only offer you local wholesale prices (you can't find that info on the internet) which is 3 to 4 grand less than KBB bluebook. That's all the bad. My salesperson was very helpful and a car nut which was nice. He linked my cell to the car and since I was coming from out of state he programed my next destination into the Navigation system which was of great help. I had left some personal belongings in my car and he had them Fed ex'd overnight to me. I didn't get a great deal but feel it was fair considering the car I bought was fairly rare in the market place. All the employee's were very pleasant to talk to and helpful. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and would recommend them to my friends. Like anything you need to do your homework to get the best deal. More
