Justin is a newer addition, but he has also been great to work with. Each is so accommodating and explains everything in a way anyone can understand. I have often waited for service with my two toddlers and the service consultants make sure the appointment goes as quickly as possible. In fact, I moved to Upstate NY two years ago and still bring my car to Autobarn Evanston on my biannual trips to Chicago. I bought my first car here and fell in love with VW. I bought my second because of the great service and anticipate more to come. It is, without a doubt, the best dealer and service center I've been to. More

I was completely surprised how pleasant and enjoyable the experience was. They were both completely straight forward and very knowledgeable about the VW brand. They gave me an amazing deal (0% finance 72 months) on a car that was everything (even more) than I thought I could get. I really love the new GTI and am glad I was fortunate enough to be helped by these two. I have no complaint and highly recommend the VW product and these two employees. If there is only one complaint, I would have to say the part-time temp person in finance could have been better prepared. He seemed lost and tried to add an unwanted undercoat protectant ($250) without my permission. But once his boss stepped in and corrected the mistake, the process was back on track. Once again, thank you VW Autobarn. I am really enjoying the GTI. More

He personality was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. He was able to give us top dollar on our trade in, and offered many options on purchasing a new car! It was quick and easy! We did experience one thing that was above and beyond. The car we wanted was at another autobarn store. It was late in the evening and no one was able to get us the car until the next day. It so happened that Denis owned the same car we wanted to buy, and he offered for us to take his personal car home for the night, and he would personally deliver our new car the next day. We were shocked on how nice he was and his gesture of making a customer happy no matter what! Who does that these days?? The next day he came to my work, delivered my new car with a full tank of gas! We then switched cars! It was an amazing experience with Denis. I will be a lifetime customer of Autobarn! More

He really put me in the driver's seat of the whole deal. He was up front about my situation and options, but he was also understanding and worked with me.
