They went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of by showing me all of my options, explaining different features, etc. The thing that stood out most is when they handed over my car, they walked me through all of the little features in my car, they helped me set up my phone blue tooth, and explained the little ins & outs. Best of all, they made sure my experience was quick and easy, but also thorough! Absolutely fantastic customer service! More

Awesome support for tricky insurance repair - VW 2012 Jetta Brayner took this from start to end. Insurance company's shop had overseen the failing AC while doing the body repair. No pressure, not pushy like other dealerships I have dealt with. They were dynamite. Sharon Hanzlik: I found my car on cargurus.com. Sharon answered the phone when I called to inquire whether the vehicle was still available. She promptly emailed the car fax and original window sticker. When I was there for the purchase, she poked in her head to say hello. Vic Jalili: After the first email contact with Sharon, I received an email from Vic offering any future assistance. Patrick McDonald: After my initial contact with Sharon, Patrick became my salesperson. What a gem! He promptly answered all my questions whether by phone, email or text. He was courteous, professional and a gentleman, making sure all my needs were met. When I arrived at the dealership, (directly from the airport) first thing he offered was to show me the car, then we took it for a spin. Next, all the paperwork. He offered me water, coffee and said there were nearby cafes if I needed a bite since I been up since the wee hours of the morning. After the paperwork was completed, he covered all the pertinent features of the car for my drive back to Arizona the next day. To top it off, three days later I received a followup phone call from Patrick. He's the best of the best. More

Specifically, I would like to thank three people who were incredibly friendly, personable, helpful, and a true pleasure to work with. First, thank you to Sharon Hanzlik who responded immediately to my inquiry regarding the automobile, and who helped me schedule a time to come in for a test drive within minutes! A huge thank you to Patrick McDonald, who was beyond helpful! From the moment my wife and I walked into the dealership, he was friendly, available for questions, patient with us as we had many discussions around the purchasing of a vehicle, and even helped us understand some cool things about our car that we didn't know about! From test drive to signing papers, Patrick was a 5-star salesman and I would definitely recommend buying a car from him! Lastly, thanks to James Jajou, who helped us work through the financing, and was very transparent and helpful in assisting us as we made decisions about which features to add or skip.
