The best car buying experience I ever had!! Yesterday a miracle happened and one of the happiest day in my life, I came to Autobarn suppose to be get a second opinion and quote from another dealership which gave me an approval but the deal seems very high with 26% apr and monthly payments more than my budget. Never owned any brand new car before so I am very nervous, but one thing I do like, I love the 2016 VW Tiguan, I walked in right away I was greeted with respect by the staff and introduced to the word's best Car Salesman named Emir Svraka, to make long story short, I asked for the impossible, I wanted low apr, low monthly payments or I will buy the car from the other place. Emir treated me and my family with respect, gave me the best show and tell regarding VW Tiquan and showed me the best options for my budget. If I asked for the same deal from the competitors, I am positve they will waste my time and will probably tell me up front "they can't", but Autobarn Volkswagen did everything in their power to get me approved first of all and 3.6% apr, $489 Monthly payments! I can't believe it, they got me approved for my very first Brand New Car and not a used one! Not bad for guy with low credit rating, 2 child support, student loan debt! We met Emir who let us test drive several vehicles around the area but we couldn't find one in our price range and we drove back to Michigan. Emir was very helpful and wanted to give us the most for our budget so he kept looking for a vehicle in our price range. After sending us pictures with the CarFax and even negotiating a price over the phone, we drove back two hours to test drive it and ended up buying it. Emir was very helpful during the whole transaction, patiently attending to our several questions, concerns and requests. More than any car dealership that I've ever come across, Narcis and the team that I worked with (Vic, Pierre, Danny, and Ben) are the most diligent and responsive team I could imagine. I am a difficult customer because I was looking for a stick shift model, which narrows the available selection down significantly, plus I wasn't 100% sure which model or options I wanted. What sets this dealership apart is that Narcis sees finding the right car for a person like me as a fulfilling challenge rather than a pain, and this attitude toward sales trickles down to the most junior staff members. Buying a car is a huge commitment that you're stuck with for years, so it is really important to find what you want.
