Very happy first time buyer I came in and was immediately greeted by Mr. Svraka. It was a nice car and I was pretty happy, but it felt and looked kind of plastic. It was the baseline model. Mr. Svraka read it on my face and immediately pointed behind me where parked was a 2015 jetta se tsi. This car was only a few hundred more with a lot more details. From the inside panel, heated seats, engine performance, etc. When a dealer looks out for you, its a great feeling. Thanks Emir!! More

Not very professional Sales professional Mario of the Volkswagen dealer is very unprofessional. The deal fell through and he decided to take his anger out on me. Frustrated or not you should never take your anger out on a client. When I decided to walk from the deal he told me to go f*xx myself and that I'm a big waste of his time. I would have considered going through with the deal if he didn't go crazy and blow up on me when I questioned why the price wasn't what we agreed upon. If you want a sales professional who will treat you with respect go to autobarn fiat across the street. They treated very professionally since the first time I walked in the door. More
