Specifically, I would like to thank three people who were incredibly friendly, personable, helpful, and a true pleasure to work with. First, thank you to Sharon Hanzlik who responded immediately to my inquiry regarding the automobile, and who helped me schedule a time to come in for a test drive within minutes! A huge thank you to Patrick McDonald, who was beyond helpful! From the moment my wife and I walked into the dealership, he was friendly, available for questions, patient with us as we had many discussions around the purchasing of a vehicle, and even helped us understand some cool things about our car that we didn't know about! From test drive to signing papers, Patrick was a 5-star salesman and I would definitely recommend buying a car from him! Lastly, thanks to James Jajou, who helped us work through the financing, and was very transparent and helpful in assisting us as we made decisions about which features to add or skip. We felt like he was giving us an education, not selling us anything, and ultimately the decisions were ours to make; pressure free!
