We want a good buy so we always check out several dealers before we buy. Autobarn always comes through with the car, the color and the best price. This time around we were served by a nice young fella, Mario Grbavak, who worked hard to find a black sports wagon with the options we wanted. He stayed in touch with us on a regular basis to let us know the status of things. Once the car arrived, we wrapped up the deal within an hour and drove off for our Labor Day weekend. Great car. Awesome support for tricky insurance repair - VW 2012 Jetta Brayner took this from start to end. Insurance company's shop had overseen the failing AC while doing the body repair. Sharon answered the phone when I called to inquire whether the vehicle was still available. She promptly emailed the car fax and original window sticker. When I was there for the purchase, she poked in her head to say hello. Vic Jalili: After the first email contact with Sharon, I received an email from Vic offering any future assistance. Patrick McDonald: After my initial contact with Sharon, Patrick became my salesperson. What a gem! He promptly answered all my questions whether by phone, email or text. He was courteous, professional and a gentleman, making sure all my needs were met. When I arrived at the dealership, (directly from the airport) first thing he offered was to show me the car, then we took it for a spin. Next, all the paperwork. He offered me water, coffee and said there were nearby cafes if I needed a bite since I been up since the wee hours of the morning. After the paperwork was completed, he covered all the pertinent features of the car for my drive back to Arizona the next day. To top it off, three days later I received a followup phone call from Patrick. He's the best of the best. More
