He spent time discussing the pro’s and con’s of different models and patiently assisted me with multiple test drives. Once I had selected a car, Ricky took the time to walk me through their entire facility to ensure I felt comfortable and could return to the service department with ease. Once the car was delivered, Ricky spent time with me to set up and customize all of the vehicle features. It was so nice to have someone walk me through it and not have to rely on the paper manual. My experience was wonderful overall. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new car. More

I knew which car I was interested in te After experiencing bait-and-switch shenanigans elsewhere, I was happy to work with Yoram at Evanston Autobarn. I knew which car I was interested in test driving and ultimately buying before I arrived, called when I was on the way. Once there, they were able to get it from a remote lot in just ten minutes. I got my test drive in, negotiated the deal and financing in a pretty short time and drove away very happy. Finance guy was great. I already had financing secured when I arrived. The online price was, they explained, a cash price, which makes sense. The price as financed was slightly higher than what was originally posted online but still a great deal. I didn't get a lot of my trade-in (a 12 year-old VW Rabbit), but that wasn't a huge surprise. Altogether, this was a low pressure and satisfying way to buy a car. No one was trying to push me toward anything I wasn't interested in. More

Buying a car at the right place I have dealt with Mario in the past and this is my second purchase with him. I highly recommend him as he will make car shopping experience stress free and walking out with you car will truly feel as you made a deal, and not that deal was made for you. It appears that manager Narcis encourages his employees to practice honest and fair approach when dealing with customers. Great job everyone More
