Excellent experience! I came into the dealer to take a look at a car I saw online. I was directed to Ricky who would guide me. He was very informative from the first momen I came into the dealer to take a look at a car I saw online. I was directed to Ricky who would guide me. He was very informative from the first moment. We quickly took the vehicle on a drive. He explained to me all the features and also the car history. Ricky was not your typical car salesman. He did not pressure me into making a decision. I told him I would think about the car over lunch. After examining my options, I did return to City VW for the car but also for the great customer service Ricky provided. Once we reached a deal, he was very attentive through the whole process. He directed me to the right people for each step. Made me feel at home and comfortable with my decision. I have bought 3 other cars and this was by far the quickest process. I believe I was out of the door with the final paperwork within 2/3 hrs. I would definitely recommend Ricky Espino for your car buying needs. He has a great, kind and personable demeanor! More
