Not the best job of doing a full detail .. Dropped car off at 7am. Picked up at 4pm car still smelled of the coffee that spilled. They barely wiped down the interior with armor all. If I could give 0 stars I would These people are liars and fraudulent! They sold me a 2016 Maserati with a clear carfax and then 9 days later after 500 miles the engine blew. I had t These people are liars and fraudulent! They sold me a 2016 Maserati with a clear carfax and then 9 days later after 500 miles the engine blew. I had to be towed ina holiday weekend back to Chicago and pay out of pocket with no one being able to tell me where to actually go. The dealer then has NO maintenance records of the “1 car owner” vehicle and therefore Maserati is not sure they will cover the cost of the blown engine. Also when we originally checked the engine when the light came on, the dipstick broke off in my hand. There is NO way they even serviced this car before they sold or they are pure crooks. Oil change The service is good at the Evanston Autobarn and the workers are very friendly but most of the time when I bring in my car for an oil change I leave p The service is good at the Evanston Autobarn and the workers are very friendly but most of the time when I bring in my car for an oil change I leave paying 500.00 to 1000.00 dollars for other thing. Which makes me question where or not to bring my car into the dealer for oil changes. Jiffy lube might be a better choice. More
