Craig, Sales Consultant, and Mark, Finance Officer, of City Volkswagen of Evanston, Scala/Kohli, provided efficient, excellent service in the timely purchase of my 2022 VW Taos SEL. From the initial meeti City Volkswagen of Evanston, Scala/Kohli, provided efficient, excellent service in the timely purchase of my 2022 VW Taos SEL. From the initial meeting with Craig just a few short weeks earlier, I was provided courteous, knowledgeable, informative and no hassle or pressure service to purchase. During the actual delivery of the car, I was kept apprised by several telephone communications and text messages with Craig on when the car was available to take home. A new software program was pending for upgrade of the car, which delayed the delivery date. This was explained on the first day I met Craig. On the day of the delivery, my scheduled time was altered several times due to unforeseen personal delays of another homeowner service contractor as well as an interruption of the train service from my home to the dealership. Craig was always understanding as well as immediately offered to come and pick me up when the train service prevented my trip to the dealership. During the transport to the dealership, Craig picked me up in my car and was demonstrating various applications and dashboard systems in transit with both his safe road driving and providing initial overview of the systems controlled by the driver. Subsequently, a text message the next day on a question regarding the registration document for the car was professionally and promptly answered to its location and excellent service remained a priority of Craig to resolve the situation. This is Five Stars Service!!!!! Mark was also efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant in his preparation and explanation of the documentation for the financial portion of the sale. Mark particularly provided instructions on what documentation is maintained with the car and safely maintained separate from the car storage. Again, this is Five Stars Service!!!!!
