Far and away the best experience I have had at any car dealership anywhere! We were looking to get a car (new or used) for weeks and weeks and visited several dealerships around the Chicagoland area. Some were playing all sorts of mind games, others would add on fees that made the actual price much more expensive than the advertised price. Not City Volkswagen of Evanston! We went here twice and spent many hours looking at different models and getting all of our questions answered. Everyone we interacted with was great, including John Paul Scala, Xavier Rios, and Dylan Reisman. We are thrilled with our new 2022 Tiguan and very happy with the overall buying experience. We will definitely return to this dealership when we are ready to trade in or get a new VW! More
