I had a wonderful experience at City Volkwagen of Evanston. I came in a couple weeks ago and Gilbert was extremely helpful all throughout my first visit. I had a couple of unique questions and requests and he made sure to look into them for me and the dealership was able to oblige. During my second visit ,when I actually purchased the vehicle, Gilbert, Manny and the team were able to minimize how much time I spent waiting around and were all around very helpful. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone interested in a new or used VW. More
