Went in Monday as my lease was ending. Narcis was very helpful and got me into a new vehicle. He made me feel comfortable during the test drive, something I'm always so nervous about! He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed me things I didn't even know I had on the previous one. I had such a better experience at this dealership than I did at the Downtown location and Jennings, so glad I chose to come here instead! Manny in finance was also super helpful and nice! Surprisingly we weren't there for too long either. Thank you so much for a great experience and awesome customer service! I love my new car :) More
