No offense John but I don't trust you guys to help me anymore. You've made it clear that my money is not being returned to me by the constant lies, broken promises and delays over what is borderline theft at this point. I've taken this issue up with Volkswagen directly now who are investigating my claim and should be contacting you shortly.

If you asked around you'd figure out my name is Patrick McCarron as I've been calling once a week for the past month to get my $3000 deposit back. I dealt with Tony Hernandez, Michael Landini, David Soth and Derek Urban, all of who I'm told no longer work there other than Derek. It was David and Derek who personally told me a check would be sent the week I picked up my vehicle in late October, just couldn't be cut that day. Emails and phone messages went unanswered to David the month after I bought the vehcile when I still had no check. I then called a month ago and was told to my surprise that he no longer works there. Not going to tell you how you do your jobs but I think someone in charge should have gone thru his messages after he left and called people back that were contacting him especially when that customer is asking about large sums of money that are missing. I was then handed to Derek Urban (as my review stated) about getting my refund. Each time I call I'm told "you'll have it this week" along with some new excuse after he puts me on hold and "talks" to someone else. Last week Monday when I called he promised me I'd have it last week. It's now Friday the week after and no check is here in my mailbox. Last I checked it doesn't take TWO MONTHS to print a check and send it from Chicago to the suburbs. So someone is clearly trying to avoid paying me what is owed to me or is really terrible at a job so basic that they have computers that do it for you now. But as I told you earlier I filed a formal complaint with Volkswagen of America and they told me that they are going to investigate on my behalf and get me what is owed. I have been INCREDIBLY patient about this, too much so. So now it's too late for your dealership to now put a rush order on somehting that should have been priority before it came to me having to leaving your dealership negative BUT TRUTHFUL reviews online. It's too late and I feel the public and VWoA need to know how you bascially have stolen from me.
