The situation has already happened. You and your team did what you needed to do to sell a car at the expense of a customer. I a 100% certain that if the situation presents itself again, your team will do the exact same thing. So no need for me to call to hear an empty apology. Your team made a decision and now I must make mine, which is never to shop at your dealership. And fyi, I can't remember the name of the guy I spoke to on the phone, but when I arrived at the dealership, I was taken to his desk. He is a somewhat short, overweight guy who sits at the first desk on the right as soon as you enter the main door. I wish I could remember his name. Really sleazy lying to me on the phone to get me to come down there to be a backup.
