I was interested in a used car and emailed in the PM about arranging to see the next day as it was the only day available. No answer to the email, so drove from Green Bay and left a voice message enrout about arranging to see the next day as it was the only day available. The internet price was inflexible, but the certified warranty which appeared to be part of the deal was added! I don't stand for such tactics, so I left to buy an alternative car at Jennings VW instead. They treat you great and don't play games. Additional comment 5-11-12: Dealer principal, Carmen, called to discuss my complaint and assured me he would take action to make sure this was not repeated with any future customers as this was not the way he wants to do business in any of their stores. His sincerity convinced me to give them another try the next time I'm car shopping. More

My husband and I bought a 2012 VW CC the price was good, we dealt with Mickey as our sales man and he was awesome at getting us what we wanted price wise. The finance manager Mike was very helpful through o we dealt with Mickey as our sales man and he was awesome at getting us what we wanted price wise. We had some small problems but everything was fixed when the problem was brought to their attention, Derrick and Mike helped to correct any issues we had. More

Just here to relay my experience. Not a place I will visit again for sure. They had a CPO car I was looking at for some weeks. When I finally decided that I wanted it, I gave them a call. I called at visit again for sure. They had a CPO car I was looking at for some weeks. When I finally decided that I wanted it, I gave them a call. I called at 1pm. I asked about the availability of the car, if it was still there and whether they had any appointments for the car that day. I was told it's available, it's here and nobody is here for it. I said cool, I'll get there around 2:30-3:00pm since I live sorta far (northwest suburbs). Arrived at the Autobarn at 2:50pm. Was told the car is not in the shop as it was being used for "training" off-site but that the car should be back within 15-20min (so there is lie #1 from my phone call that the car was "there"). Then the big whammy. There was an older couple there who were waiting for the same car. Come to find out, they made an appointment THE DAY BEFORE and were waiting at the shop for over 3 HOURS to test drive the car. Also, they drove almost 2+ hours to get there. So obviously, that couple is going to buy the car unless something is seriously flawed with the car. So there is lie #2 and it was a big one. Now they are trying to tell me I can wait to see **if** they want to buy it or I can look at some other stuff they have. While the older couple were test driving, I asked if I could just buy it now, no need to test drive. Manager comes to me with bs about "fairness" and that the older couple made an appointment first. I told him, how is it fair to me, to call first to find out about it's availability, only to be lied to and coerced into coming down there to see a car that was already booked. If the guy on the phone had told me that there was an appointment, I would have never come down there. Manager continues with his "fairness" spiel. In the end, I walked away and of course, the older couple bought the car. I was very, very, very angry that day as I took time off of work, wasted gas and time to go see the car, when they knew that they already had someone coming to see the car. To me, it was clear that they were trying to make sure they got the car sold, so "double booked" it. Very sleezy move and then trying to get me to look at other cars. So word of warning when going there. I definitely will never buy a car from them ever. More
