If you are looking for an unpleasant buying experience deal with Patrick. Otherwise, pick someone else at this dealership to work with. His attitude with me was plain unbearable - did not one bit feel lik deal with Patrick. Otherwise, pick someone else at this dealership to work with. Your stereotypical car salesmen that will say just about anything to get into your pocket. The existing staff from the pre-Autobarn days (Kamilla and others) are much friendlier and pleasant to work with. Avoid Patrick at all costs. More

I saw a used VW Passat advertised online. I called in and talked to Gene Tomlin. He knew the Passat I was calling on and gave me whatever information I asked for. I went in and the car was clean and ready talked to Gene Tomlin. He knew the Passat I was calling on and gave me whatever information I asked for. I went in and the car was clean and ready to be driven. Gene showed me the Carfax and inspection reports. We came to an agreement on price and all paperwork was quick and easy.
