We had been to another dealership earlier in the day and even with an appointment there we didn't feel as if they were interested in our business (to be fair, they were busy too). John on the other hand took the time for two test drives, explained the features well without trying to sell us on them, and never pushed us. We even left for a long lunch and when we returned he was helping multiple other buyers but still assisted us calmly and competently. We had done a lot of research and seen a lot of vehicles, and JP was great integrating our experiences into assessing this vehicle and making an eventual sale.
