GREAT car, great price, but out of state buyers read this! I have to say that the car I purchased was an excellent deal and we are so happy with it! However, I have to admit that the entire experience was not I have to say that the car I purchased was an excellent deal and we are so happy with it! However, I have to admit that the entire experience was not easy; buying out of state was, simply put, a hassle. First, the dealership would not accept a deposit to hold the car while travel arrangements were made and even could not hold it if the entire car was paid for outright (apparently there is a law that prevents non refundable deposits)—-anyways this took days and many phone calls to figure out. In short, you must send flight confirmation exactly one week before you intend to arrive and be ready to leave at a moments notice! The other two things that did not impress me was that the car listing posted online showed the car in perfect condition and when asked to disclose COMPLETELY if there was any scratches (even minor I just wanted to know), two separate dealers told me the car was perfect. However, I had someone look at the car for me before I flew out and they sent me pictures showing a long scratch on the front bumper that was never mentioned. I bought the car anyways but I do NOT appreciate dishonest salesmen. In short, customer service needs some work but the dealership was prompt with the paperwork and the car was fair priced. Would shop there again but cautiously if coming from out of state. More
