The car we wanted was just sold. We were both pretty disappointed. But Mickey and his manager Ron located another same Routan for us and brought it in that evening and have ready for us on a Labor Day. Both of us really appreciate Mickey and Ron for coming to work on Labor Day, really work the numbers with us. Also, Finance manager, Al was great with answering all of our questions. Everyone at the dealer, all the salesmen to cashier always smiles all the time made us feel very comfortable. Even, mechanics I bump into in a hallway were friendly.
