These guys are fantastic. This is hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. I had applied online in advance to prequal the 0% financing that VW was offering. I was approved by Volkswagen, however due to my score being a few points off the A1 threshold I was approved for 1.99%. I had spoken to Ron (the manager) on the phone before coming in just to let him know about the online application and that I want to make sure I qualified for the 0%. He said he'd take care of me. I'm a sales guy so I know the game pretty well. I was expecting the hard sale tactics, the back and forth, the bait and switch and went in with my guard up. I asked for Ron and he had me work with Mickey Kadric. Mickey was a real joy to work with. He is a real people person and related extremely well to my father, my wife, and myself. I told him what I wanted and they got it done, poor guy worked through his lunch and made sure he found the exact car I wanted, a new 2012 GTI with 0% financing. I gave Mickey a hard time off the bat with a "true price" quote I had received from another dealership. We found the car I wanted, however not the financing. Ron said he was gonna make some calls and do everything in his power to get me to 0%. I was getting hungry and agreed that I would get a bite to eat and come back. (Seriously what dealership let's somebody whose serious about buying a car leave) Ron went to work on the phones and worked his magic and exceeded my expecatations. He called me halfway through my lunch and shared the great news that he was able to get me the 0% that was so important to me. I went back in and didn't even have to hassle for price. They gave me a better price off the bat then even that "true price" site offered. The price was so good that my dad whose bought dozens of new cars in his lifetime said, "my god, don't even negotiate, take it." I got everything I wanted and more, and these guys are geniunie. They are really in the business of exceeding customer expectations. Mickey is a real true professional and made the horror of car buying a pleasant expreince. Ron is an absolute magician and has earned a customer for life. I promise you, this is an unbiased honest review. These guys will take care of you. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new volkswagen. My sister needs a new car, and I'm sending her to Mickey. P.S. Not to knock other dealerships, but I drove past the Autobarn Evanston out to the city just because I read good things online (all true) and past mediocre experiences at the latter. More

First time buying a car on my own, so I was extremely nervous. John had a lot of patience for me, considering I was in there 5 days in a row. I went into the dealership as I received a promo letter regarding my 2009 Eos and that the dealership was in need of used vehicles. Naturally I went in to inquire as to what type of monies they were willin regarding my 2009 Eos and that the dealership was in need of used vehicles. Within the half hour I was test driving a new 2013 Beetle and shortly after working out a "deal" to purchase it. No hard Sale tactics or pressure. Only congenial bantering. The sales staff were ALL friendly, the finance person that I dealt with, Al; was very informative and friendly as well as the management team. In the following days I had reason to speak with the finance gentleman again and again nothing to do with my financing but questions and issues that I was having with my former dealership regarding cancelling my extended warranty. Again Al was very helpful. This is my third VW purchase over the years and I would stronly recommend this dealership over others. More
