As a first time new car buyer, I didn't know what to expect when I walked through the doors. Alex was the first one to come over to me and ask if there was something in particular that I wanted. He was a very nice and friendly guy who knew the answer to every one of my questions. After settling on the car, trim, options, and color that i wanted, we began the paperwork. Unfortunately for me, the color I wanted wasn't available, but Alex made sure he would find another car with all the same options but with my back-up color. Still, that wasn't possible, but he was able to get me a car with my third choice color. Overall, I'm very happy and I had an excellent experience.
