These guys are GREAT. When you go, I would recommend that specifically ask for Randy. He is not a high pressure guy. He offers options and gives you time to think things over. (i.e. how important is gas milages, comfort, price, etc. How long are you planning on owning the car, Is the car still going to satisfy you and meet your needs in 2 years, 5 years, etc.) Randy recognizes that you are going to be spending a lot of money and he helps you work through your options. Ron and Melissa were just as helpful for their part. But Randy really made the deal...I unconditionally recommend his service and this dealership to everyone. This dealership is about 40 miles from the house and easily worth the drive. More

The service we received from the salesperson Randy Gibson was excellent. It was the first time purchasing a vehicle from Autobarn City Volkswagen. While there were a few obstacles along the way, Randy was supportive and encouraging. He was courteous, friendly and it was the most professional manner extended to us as we toiled over the decision to purchase the vehicle. I have to admit that purchasing a Volkswagen at Autobarn City with sales professionals such as yours was one of the most gratifying experiences we have had.
