I got a very good deal on my trade-in and a good deal on my new 2017 VW Golf TSI purchased the first day of 2018. I found this dealer on the Internet but couldn't find very many customer reviews. I was pleased with the purchase but felt the entire process took too long from start to finish. There were no service people there on January 1st so our salesman had to wash the vehicle and prepare it for purchase. This seemed to take him a while to do. I also feel as if they were talking fast too try to confuse me on the warranty offers as well as the SWAT Recovery system. More

I was impressed with his knowledge about the car. Two days before I drive to look at it from St. Louis I noticed a 2015 TDI Passat and inquires about that one. When I got there he had the car pulled inside to look at it closer instead of out in the cold. The TDI he had pulled inside and the snow taken off it so I could get a better look. The overall experience about buying a car has been restored and I will definitely drive out of the way for the experience again. This is my 7th VW and has been the ultimate best experiwnce. More

As probably most of the dealerships they try to upsell you with useless add-ins as gps-tracking protection stating that it is included in the dealer fee and cannot be removed. Offered ridiculously low price for my trade-in. After 2 hours spent there the gps device was removed from the final price and a reasonable price was given for my old car. Overall profesionally behaved personnel. Hard to negotiate with. The new car was well cleaned in front of me and handed over with full tank and new battery. I would possibly recomend this place to others! More

Worst Dealership- Worst dealership I have ever bought a car from.  The manager was rude and the sales person was misleading (Ray Cotto).  I was part of the VW lawsuit t Worst dealership I have ever bought a car from.  The manager was rude and the sales person was misleading (Ray Cotto).  I was part of the VW lawsuit that involved with the diesels and came in to look at other cars.  The Sales person (Cotto) explained he was an expert with the lawsuit and could help me with a purchase of a new car.  He stated that I could finance the car and then pay it off and that he had done this several other times with others involved in the lawsuit. He stated that I would receive all my tax deductions and it is the same type of purchase.   We purchased the car and the next day called the VW lawsuit team.  They stated it would best to trade in the car to obtain the trade in tax credit and then I could purchase the car.  We tried to return the car (we told them we would buy it back) and the manager (Dan Keric) stated to bad so sad its too late to return the car.  I explained to him that the sales person was misleading and he said so sorry cant take the car back.  Even in the paperwork is stated 30 day guarantee.  I lost thousands in the tax trade credit and the manager was such a jerk.  I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. More
