They had 2 cars I wanted to look at specifically. Ray did a great job educating me on the engineering, strength, and features of Volkswagen and of the Toureg model while test driving and over my visit. My plan was to look at the new Lexus 350 that day as well. He sold me on everything VW had to offer and the strengths over Lexus in a very relaxed and non confrontational or "salesy" manner. Ray was genuine and straight forward. You don't need to haggle over the pricing either as they list excellent pricing over other VW dealerships. The close was also effortless and smooth. Definitely worth the trip downtown. Love this car! More
