I've had a check engine light come on on my 2011 Volkswagen Jetta TDI. Called Autobarn City Volkswagen to see if i can bring it in for service. When I've returned the next day, the car was ready, washed and had the oil changed a month before being due. Conrad explained me exactly what failed and sent me on my way. Great customer service! They are two other VW dealers like Fox Valley VW and Larry Roesch VW that are nine miles or less from where I live in Bloomingdale , but when I went to those dealership to get service done on my past VW"s I was treated like a number and not like family how Autobarn City Volkswagen and Conrad Swiatkoski with great service crew . I don't mind driving 25 miles one way from Bloomigdale to City VW because I know I will get great service and fair pricing on all my VW's . More

I came in to the dealership a bit overwhelmed from other dealers, and Micky put me at ease, walking me through some options and dealing with my uncertainties. I put him through the ringer, but he stuck with me, and took the time and effort to obtain the only version of my car available in the TriState area - a 2013 Black 6-speed manual CC. I love the car, I love the deal we made, and Miki and Autobarn City VW have made a customer for life. In fact, I just went back this weekend and purchased a used auto for my girlfriend. Ray C. is amazing. I have never had such a great experience buying a car. I drove an hour and a half to look at a 2009 VW Jetta TDI with low miles and all the bells and whistles. It had sold that morning.....I was going to leave and Ray asked me what it was I liked about that vehicle. My main concern was gas mileage but I also wanted a luxury feel. He rolls out a 2011 Jetta with low miles and all the bells and whistles. I was unsure about the color blue and wanted to go to lunch and think about it. Not only did Ray want to buy me lunch, which I politely declined to discuss the deal in private, but they let me take the car to go have lunch and ponder the purchase! I browsed through the dealerships inventory via their website and picked a few more cars to look at. When I got back Ray was more than happy to narrow down the new choices, even showing me the backseat room difference between the 2009 and the 2011. Sold. He nailed it the first time, however, the important part was that he was patient with me in making sure I wanted that to be my final decision. So once again, GO SEE RAY C.
