We had been to another dealership earlier in the day and even with an appointment there we didn't feel as if they were interested in our business (to be fair, they were busy too). John on the other hand took the time for two test drives, explained the features well without trying to sell us on them, and never pushed us. We even left for a long lunch and when we returned he was helping multiple other buyers but still assisted us calmly and competently. I researched a lot of inventory at other dealerships but this place by far offered the best selection. I can't say enough great things about Ray who we purchased the car from. I first met him when test driving an Audi for my father since he was out of state and Ray was nothing but nice to me when test driving the car nor did he make me feel any pressure in purchasing it. 6 years later I go to him to purchase our own car. He answered all my questions prior to even test driving the cars we were interested in weeks leading up to actually going to the dealership. He was able to get us a great deal on an amazing car and was very helpful which took the stress off the entire process. The finance department was also super efficient and friendly.
