We had a very long and exhaustive car shopping search, but left City VW feeling very happy and taken car of. They were very close to lowest price, but we still went with them because good service should be rewarded. David was our Sales rep and was very delightful during the whole experience. As we were leaving we thought the gas tank was on empty, he quickly came back to check (it was already 45min after close), and helped us better understand the gages and systems in the car. Definitely our mistake, but a good demonstration of the care they put into their customer experience. Mark in the finance department was also great to work with - fair, objective, and helping add understanding so we could make the best decision. Great experience overall! More
