Malcom contacted me on a Saturday and I was able to test drive the car, take it to my own mechanic and provided me with a fair trade-in value for my car and I walked out with a great new for me car on Monday. Malcom answered all my questions, and even took the time to help me understand the navigation system and connect my phone with the bluetooth before I left the dealership. The only thing that could have been more smooth was having more upfront transparency with the fees associated with my purchase. Overall it was a wonderful experience and Malcom was excellent!
