After submitting a request for more information I quickly received an email and phone call from Malcolm who setup a test drive that worked with my schedule. Malcolm was knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. What he wasn't was pushy or desperate to make the sale. When it came time to make the purchase we did go back and forth a bit on the price, however I didn't feel pressured and instead felt we were working mutually to find terms that worked within my budget. That feeling extended to working with Mark in financing, who discussed warranty options with me but again wasn't pressuring me on the up sale. After picking up the vehicle Malcolm followed up to make sure everything was going well and that all my questions were answered. This went along way in reaffirming that purchasing the vehicle was the right decision, that there wasn't anything they were trying to hide (so to speak). As did the fact that they worked with me to cancel the extended warranty I ultimately decided I didn't need. More
