We had a great experience at City Volkswagen! We worked with Marcus and he was so prepared for our sales appointment that he had a car we were interested in waiting for us when we arrived so we could test with Marcus and he was so prepared for our sales appointment that he had a car we were interested in waiting for us when we arrived so we could test drive right away. We ended up coming back for an additional test drive to make sure it was the right car for us and he was very accommodating. Marcus was knowledgeable about the vehicle and looked to find us what we needed without pushing added features. The car we test drove was also perfectly clean and sanitized for us which was not our experience at other dealerships in the area. When it came time for us to work out the sale we worked with Erick who was very kind and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend City Volkswagen. More
