I have been shopping for a car for about a year now and no dealership satisfied my needs nor customer service was great. BUT I decided to call City Volkswagen of Chicago and may I say that Eric (manager) a no dealership satisfied my needs nor customer service was great. BUT I decided to call City Volkswagen of Chicago and may I say that Eric (manager) and Eddie M (sales consultant) have made my shopping experience an AMAZING ONE! Eric was able to take me in around 6PM, even though they close at 8PM. He gave me the best deal than any other dealership. Eddie M on the other hand made my experience quite rememberable as well! I went from a 2011 Toyota Corolla to a 2021 VW Atlas, which is a big difference in size and technology wise. Eddie did an amazing job explaining the new car to me. These two men were very patient with my decision and respected my time! The best part was I did not plan on purchasing a new vehicle nor did they have it in stock, but Eric told me that the car was on its way and I literally almost cried! I will also like to thank the finance lady by the name of Jennifer (manager) helping us decide on the warranty plans as well and I usually ignore all the warranty’s that are offered, but when she explained in depth of the benefits; she really is saving me money in the long run. These three individuals made my decision easier, did not pressure me into purchasing and broke down everything that I needed to know and if I didn’t understand they helped me better understand and were patient no matter how many times I asked to re-explain. They definitely went above and beyond and met my expectations more then I anticipated. THANK YOU THANK YOUUUUU for making my dream car mine! More

I brought my VW Tourege in due to my battery continuously draining. After a while it was found that it needed a cluster instrument that can not be found. Apparently it is no longer made in America. I was just becoming car note free and was not looking for a new purchase. However, after speaking with Dan, he assured that he would do his best to ensure that I am satisfied. He gave me his cell number and sent me a list of vehicles within my desired price range and ensured that he will take care of me. After much consideration, I decided to purchase a 2021 Atlas Cross Sport. He hooked me up with Eddie who was terrific! Ernie in financing was also nice! Justin in service was great to me as well. My wife and I were talking about buying a car while living in the city, so we started doing some research on what we would like. We shall say that this was our very 1st experience dealing with a dealer living in the city, so we started doing some research on what we would like. Our sales person was Alex and we had a SUPER PLEASANT EXPERIENCE with him right at the start @ City VW of Chicago. From the time I called the dealership to make an appointment with Erick to see the car we liked, when got to the dealership, and the rest of the process, Alex made it all a wonderful experience for us. The good news is that we bought the car we went for, we love it and it is running smoothly (of course we are not putting too much mileage on it). Again thank you Alex for being honest with us, your good friendly attitude and your professionalism.
