What an amazing experience. We had been looking for a car to replace my Mercedes for a few months. We test drove a dozen cars and decided to go test drive a Volkswagen. So myself and the wife reached out to city volkswagen of chicago cause the wife fell inlove with the VW teguian white in color so i made the call and set up an appointment with john the manager who sounded chicago cause the wife fell inlove with the VW teguian white in color so i made the call and set up an appointment with john the manager who sounded very nice and professional over the phone and we set the appointment thw following morning John have us a call just to reconfirm that we were coming and we got a second phone call and this was when we first were contacted by Charles Diaz also very profesional over the phone let us lnow that he would be our sales rep told us that John had informed him that we were coming and to take good care of us so as soon as we reached the dealership we asked for charles and he introduced himself to us and asked us a few questions of the vehicle we were there to look at took us to the garage where they have all the vehicles stored and showed us the vehicle and we went for a test drive everything was working and in excellent condition inside outside and on the car we came back from the test drive Charles took us to his desk and took care of the paperwork after after a couple clicks of his keyboard and some signatures of our part and we were almost all done Charles disclosed that he havent been too long working there but it seemed he had been there forever excellent Job maybe in the next couple months there is a promotion for him then we were all finished with what Charles was taking care for us he took us to the guy with the numbers Mr Ernesto very profesional at what he does also he went through all the paperwork with us and the number me and the wife agreed on the deal and we made a few final signatures got a pretty sweet deal and i would recomend their services to anyone that is looking for a good deal and proffesionalism hope City Volkswagen of Chicago keep these guys 🙂 More
