City Limits Subaru - Service Center

Went in bc they offered a discount on oil changes but was not impressed. Certainly not the level of service and attention to detail that I am accustomed to. There was no information given on my tire tread de not impressed. Certainly not the level of service and attention to detail that I am accustomed to. There was no information given on my tire tread depth, no multi point inspection, no topping off of fluids. They did wash the car but I also purchased new wiper blades and when I picked up my car after they said they were done I noticed the same old wiper blades were on. I then had to wait another 10-15 mins for a tech to put these on and had to pay $25 for the blades to be put on. All this while my service advisor was talking and texting on his phone when he could have been expediting the process and wasn’t. Also asked them to put a valve cover on one of my tires which was missing one and they forgot to do this too. And if you live in Travis county and need an inspection don’t go here bc they are in Hays county. Very poor attention to detail. Won’t be going back. More

This a new dealership close to me. I no longer have to drive 40+ miles for service and the dealership is very, very nice!!! Dog park, coffee bar with a Barista, and comfy waiting area.
