Provided phenomenal customer service along with updates on the vehicle that they were working on. The job was able to be expedited more sooner with the fortune of overnight parts and repairs within two day on the vehicle that they were working on. Horrible experience! ! I had, I took my car for an oil change and to have the air bag light checked, which keeps flashing. When I called to make the appt. I notified what ! I notified what was going on with the air bag, how ever the service advisor his name is Jason Torres He said they do not do that at 4:00pm. Is not what he said is how he said that. Jason Torres, horrible customer service, and he says he has 27 years of experience. This is my second bad experience taking my car for services. I think it's time to go somewhere else. More
KIA usually gives good service. ..however, to me, what makes KIA great is good customer service. My customer service person, Keith Parker, was just that. He didn't talk to me like he was doing it for himself, but for the customer. He greeted me with a smile and I left with a hand shake. Like he cared. This put me at ease, because I hate taking my car to the shop to be serviced. Thinking it could be very expensive. I've only been to KIA twice since I purchased my KIA because I purchased my car at a different dealership. It was under limited warranty to be serviced there. They did a great job also. But now I take it to KIA because of certain KIA parts and warranties. I'll see how KIA turns out in the end. All in all a good service visit. S.G, Orlando, FL More
Recently went to City Kia for my first service. What an amazing team of associates they have. Alberto Rivera was my advisor and he explained everything they were going to do for my first service. I also needed a transmission software update which the team was able to perform while I waited. When they were done with my car, Mary Jimenez took me to the cashier. There were no charges since I had the Maintenance contract and the transmission update was under warranty. Once I got my paperwork, Mary took me to my car, explaining everything about the dealership. Both Alberto and Mary have great customer skills. Great communication with the customers. So far, sales and service experience has been stellar. A true 5 Star Dealer! More
