During my appointment making phone call they were very polite and accommodating but couldn't tell me exactly how long my particular recall would take. Unpin arrival at the dealership it took ten minutes before someone spoke with me. Very chaotic/busy. Jay explained it would take 3-4 hours, offered me a Lyft home but I was out of the range. Offered me a breakfast sandwich at the food truck, accepted and it was good. I sat and watched snippets of family feud, read, listen to other people on their phones(rude, they really should step outside to talk) and four hours later Jay called me on the phone to explain the recall was done but they suggest about &1400.00 worth of more work to my vehicle. I did replace the air and cabin filters as they were more in my price range. My car was hand washed and I was on my way. More
