We originally planned to trade in our old car for a used one, but then we met Yez, and everything changed. From 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., Yez worked tirelessly for us. At first, the dealership only offered $8,000 for our trade-in, but she fought hard and secured $15,000! While other reps focused on used cars, she had the vision to show us that for the same monthly payment, we could drive home in a brand-new car instead. Because of her, we walked out with a 2025 Kia Sorento—something we never imagined! Her dedication didn’t stop at the sale. After a long day, we were too exhausted to absorb all the car’s features. Instead of leaving it at that, Yez took it upon herself to text me later, asking for my email to send all the details, ensuring we got the most out of our new vehicle. My Fourth new Kia in 10 years Always retuned her because of service. My last two visits 3 hour oil change and today already going on 4 hours . El agente no llamo para retirar mi vehiculo lo tuve que buscar al día siguiente llame varias veces a servicio al cliente y nada, el detalle de la Pantalla nunca se arreglo, el Chico no pego el Ticket de buscar al día siguiente llame varias veces a servicio al cliente y nada, el detalle de la Pantalla nunca se arreglo, el Chico no pego el Ticket del millaje del Próximo servicio y mi vehiculo dice todavía que require servicio (esto último no se si sea error del carro o hay que verificar si realmente se hizo el cambio de aceite.)
