I scheduled a appt for oil, tire rotation and tire balance. When I got there was told can only do oil change because they were short staff but I advised when spoke to the schedule department they conf balance. When I got there was told can only do oil change because they were short staff but I advised when spoke to the schedule department they confirmed all three services can be done. I arrived at 530 had to be uber due to being short staff they advised my car won’t be ready until 830. When I arrive they oil did the oil change that too 3 hours! They claim they could not find the lug key which was in the car and I ask for them to review my history and see who was the mechanic who did the tire rotation and was told I need to contact the shop who installed my tires. Please note I bought the brand new vehicle that had only 5 miles from the same dealer ship that install the brand new tire and wheels. I find to see that the service department likes to get by with bare minimum work More
