I’m very disappointed with your service and will not be back there again. Nor will my other friends and family members who have kia cars after this! What’s the point of having a personal rep if they wri back there again. Nor will my other friends and family members who have kia cars after this! What’s the point of having a personal rep if they write up the order wrong no matter how many times I tell them I only want the oil changed. then I talk to a rude manager there who won’t release my car until I pay the $200+ which is more that the $89 oil change And this is the second time I’ve dealt with this same thing there. You hit it correct a few times in between bit the rudeness was uncalled for yesterday! More

When I went to pick up my car, I was ignored by 6 people and didn't get recognized until I said "Hello, can someone help me?" Several of them looked at me and even walked by me and said nothing.
