I wish I could leave 0 stars. We went for oil change and rotation of tires. Arrived at 12:55, appointment was for 1:15 and left at 4:40pm… For our surprise they only did the oil c We went for oil change and rotation of tires. Arrived at 12:55, appointment was for 1:15 and left at 4:40pm… For our surprise they only did the oil change, the tires were not rotated! Even left the air filter box open. The customer service is very poorly. We express our concern to the person that helped us and he said like everywhere you go for “it’s like a doctor’s appointment that you have to wait a lot”. When we said that we would like to talk to someone else he said “they will tell you the same thing”. If you go to others dealers for any type of maintenance they actually care for your time and if its going to be a lot they offer you (as courtesy) snacks, taxi services, or even give you a car to use, none of this things were offer to us. My husband went to see if the car was ready and I stayed in the front and the other employees were talking to each others even laughing saying “they’re a guy complaining about the wait”. they even scratch the engine bay and bumper. But since I got the car there and the service is included we went this second time but definitely not going again is such a horrible experience. If you can buy your car in another Kia don’t think it twice. More
Brought here for a warranty covered issue with ac. Was told if they couldn’t find the problem I’d be charged the diagnostic fee of $300+. They’ve had my car for over 24 hours and just keep making up random times it will be done. 5-6pm yesterday… 7pm, 9-10pm, asked if they could keep it overnight and have it ready by 10am. Then 11am now it’s 2 and I still haven’t received an answer. Been hung up on by a service advisor. Not once has anyone offered me a courtesy vehicle just so I can get to work. Just been home panicking about getting to work in less than 2 hours while they avoid me at the dealership… More
